Demi Lovato sells Hollywood home for 25 8.25 million at a loss

Demi Lovato sold her Hollywood Hills home for 25 8.25 million.

The 27-year-old pop star sold the 5,600-square-foot building and bought the house in September 2016 for $ 8.3 million.

Now, records show she was finally able to sell the property, but at a significant loss.

The 'I'm Ready' singer originally demanded 49.495 million for the building, where she underwent an almost lethal dose in July 2018, but in 2019 the price dropped to 99 8.995 million.

The luxurious residence features seven bathrooms, an outdoor swimming pool and offers views of the mountain Laurel Canyon

The luxury property also includes a sports room and a wet bar.

Meanwhile, Demi recently admitted that she was "really addicted to self-isolation" because of the time she was in rehab.

The 'Sorry Sorry' hitmaker spent his overdose in a rehab facility and accepted a life of lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic.

He said: "What's fun is, I'm a householder because I don't like fame. I like to reach out and help a lot of people with my music, and I like to use my platform. It's good. Not just a part, but I'll stay at home anyway.

"I'm home. I'm very accustomed to self-isolation, but I'm really addicted to having fun with some friends I've met in therapy."

"I'm like, 'This feels like rehab.' Most of the time you are on a lockdown that sounds like a house or they have got beds, you have no TV or your phone other than rehab, so this is awesome. "
