Milan's six-minute Salvo stewing gave Juventus a dramatic comeback

After the first half, Adri's defeat meant that Juve Leggio's previous defeat failed to materialize, although Maurizio was seven points clear of Saree. His closest challengers, Felipe Keido, lost 2–1 but came out five minutes later. At the start of the second round, Robot and Cristiano Ronaldo scored quickly, giving Juve a 2–0 lead and keeping the visitors on course. 10 points at the top of the table to be clear.

The game changed when Milan received a penalty in the 62nd minute, with Leonardo Bonucci handing the ball after a VAR check. Zlatan Ibrahimovic turned in unexpectedly and became the provider to tie Frank Casey four minutes later.

Moments after the rematch, Rafael Leo Annette ran a loose ball after unloading Rebik, before firing low under Wojciech Szczesny's pass to put Milan ahead. Rebic added a fourth 10 minutes from 10 yards and completed a famous comeback that put Milan up from fifth to fifth.

The best chance for the visitors to level up was to skip Bobby Adekeni, whose next class title was turned on Gabriel Barr. Lazio's defender Patrick was sent off at half-time after Giulio Donati appeared to have bitten his arm. This was a bad end to another painful defeat for Lazio - his third in five matches since the start of the rematch.
