Apple iPhone 12 Pro Reviews

Our review of the iPhone 12 is already over, but we are spending some standard time with the iPhone 12 Pro at most. But while the review team is still talking, consider some preliminary ideas.

Apple iPhone 12 Pro in for review

The iPhone 12 Pro definitely gives a better first impression than the iPhone 12. For starters, the frame is made of stainless steel, not aluminum. It also feels better and it's shiny.

The rear glass is also good for touching, thanks to its matte finish (regularly becomes 12 shiny). Finally, the iPhone 12 Pro weighed in at 25 grams per 12 grams, which makes it feel more stable and solid.

Otherwise, Apple has made the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 the same exact dimensions so that any issue that fits one works on the other.

The next big difference between the 12 Pro and the official iPhone 12 is the 12MP 52mm f / 2.0 2X telephoto camera on the iPhone 12 Pro. We are fans of telephoto cameras, but it must be said’ that having the same old 2x camera as the 11 Pro is not enough to justify the Pro 200 / € 243 / premium 200 premium.

Moving to the screens is a minute's difference between us. Both the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro feature a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDRO LED panel with HDR 10 support and 1170x2532px resolution, but the iPhone 12 tops at 600 nits, while the iPhone 12 Pro has taken it a little further up to 800 nits. Although, when we're both together, we can't see the difference. Both also have the same brightness of 1200 nits for HDR content.

Finally, there are storage options and RAM. The iPhone 12 Pro has 128GB of base storage with 258GB and 512GB of upgraded tires, while the iPhone 12 starts at 64GB and expands up to 256GB. The iPhone 12 gets 4GB of RAM, while the Pro has 6GB - something that looks like a decent upgrade, but doesn't seem to make much of a difference, at least in those early days.

So overall, the iPhone 12 Pro has a few things to justify its price premium compared to the iPhone 12, which is too small if you need parity in storage. Overall we would say that if you enjoy the look of the telephoto camera or plan to carry it without any issues and enjoy the better texture quality then paying the maximum for the Pro is a must. Is worth But we're also here to tell you that the iPhone 12 Pro feels much faster, thanks to its aluminum frame is a little lighter and comes in nice colors. This year, the line between Apple's regular and Pro lines has become much’ blurred.

iPhone 12 Pro

A quick word for iPhone 11 Pro users using the iPhone 11 Pro. The 12 Pro looks bigger but doesn't feel like it, mainly because of its practically unchanged weight. Flat Ages make the iPhone 12 Pro a phone with a different feel and we welcome this change. Apple was able to make a phone like no other in the market - a flat side and a fully flat display, and it still feels revolutionary after so many years.

Still, upgrading from iPhone 11 Pro to 12 Pro is difficult to justify. Yes, the new phone is fast and yes, its screen is big, but there is no big difference. As we can see, the only reasonable upgrade for 11 Pro owners are the 12 Pro Max if you can stay with a larger phone.
